This project is in shenyang machine group (SMTCL) affiliate scales welding coating workshop electrical project.Our company as electrical contractor completed all eletronic work. (design, manufacture, installation, commissioning)

1、Former processing line:

  Former processing line into A, B2 line, may simultaneously or singleline production. When products to enter the pretreatment line will be automatically complete skimmed, washed, phosphating, pure water wash process.

2、Spray powder and dry line:

  After the process before enter moisture dry line, it will bring moisture after drying products to an automatic spray powder room, automatic spray powder by manipulator finished into powder dry room for drying, through the strong cold room, the product can referral.

3、Spray paint and dry line:

  When finished the before-process,some parts products which needed painting inter the painting room.They entered the drying room automatically,then after strong cold room, the product can referrals.
